Do us Christians follow Both the Testaments and do we follow Deuteronomy? I don't really understand some of those weird laws in Deuteronomy, any explanations?

I think Paul is more stuied for this question than I am, but here are some thoughts. Those laws in which you are refering to in Leviticus and Deuteronomy are laws that foreshadow Jesus Christ. For example, the law demanded an atonment for sin a spotless lamb which foreshadowed Jesus the spotless lamb of God becoming the atonement for the sins of His people.

Someone on youtube asked me if I believed in deuteronomy 22:13-23. I said I believed in the whole Bible but, does this mean that we have to stone women? My answer was this:
The Book of Deuteronomy consists mostly of Moses reminding the Israelites of God‘s goodness to them and the laws they had to keep and follow before they entered the promised Holy Land of Canaan . I am not an Israelite, but as we all know, the punishment for sin is death, so an adulteress would surely die no matter what the cause. However, only those without sin have the right to condemn and there has only been one person ever to live without sin, and that was Jesus Christ. So, no man or woman would’ve had the right to stone another sinner, which would be murder. Do not ask me why Moses added this law specifically to the Bible, for I cannot comprehend the wisdom of God. Also, I have given you the best answer I currently have; it may not be right… I’m no theologian. This is only I disagreeumption. Once I find the completely correct answer onto a Christian’s view on Deuteronomy, I will contact you. But, I do know this: a Christian believes that the Gospel is true in whole.
Was I right??? If I wasn't, then what's the answer?
