Well I'll start off by introducing myself.
My name is Steve and I attend Yuba College. I encountered Paul preaching on campus and I joined the conversation with him and some other students so that's what brought me here.
I'm very spiritual and my conclusion about what I feel God is is this:
Love is the spiritually divine energy that unconditionally connects all living things together as one. In other words I feel that God is love and that all living things are physical manifestations of love vibrations in crystal form. The anthropomorphization of God is a reflection of humans being the ones who can create something out of nothing such as a painting, musical composition, etc. Some of the science that goes along with what I've concluded would include the Phantom DNA experiment, cymatics (use of sound on matter), the perfect circle of sound, and the science that involves emotions and its effect on DNA. Since DNA is the blueprint for all life and specific sounds, emotions, electromagnetic waves, light, and vibrations can shape DNA, I feel that no destructive or thing in fear could have created life as we know it. In Genesis it says, "And the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters. And God said Let there be light." The spirit is something immaterial which suggests that there is no body. When God said, "Let there be light" the fact that something was said means that there was sound and whatever sounds they were, it was that of love and the vibration given off from those sounds manifested all living things. This living conscious energy is within all of us and all living things.
I feel that all religions contain elements of truth within them which I treat equally and no one religion is superior than another. I don't take religious text and scripture 100% literally, but I do view it in metaphorical/symbolic context and understand how it all connects to our present state. I'm open to different viewpoints and I will question things as well.
That's the heart of my beliefs. Nice to meet everyone and I hope to engage into some nice conversations. =D
